This life-safety carbon monoxide detector device is designed specifically for use with monitored security systems. When it detects potentially harmful levels of CO, it emits a loud 85dB audible alarm AND alerts security monitoring personnel who can summon help from local paramedics and fire departments.

The carbon monoxide alarm unit's contoured design and small size allow it blend well in residential and commercial applications. And its low 8mA current draw eliminates the need for an additional power supply. The carbon monoxide detector sensor connects to any zone of a hardwired security system via four-conductor cable. UL Listed 2075 for commercial or residential applications.

Note: Summoning of fire personnel or medical help requires optional service from a commercial third-party monitoring company, which typically charges a nominal monthly fee.
